Osaka International Airport (or Itami Airport) is an airport in Osaka, and one of the 3 airports in Kansai. It is located in the middle of the cities of Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe, and is in the distance of 30 minutes from the central Osaka by train or bus. There are South and North Terminal, and the flights of All Nippon Airways (ANA) from South Terminal and the flights of Japan Airlines (JAL) from North Terminal arrive and depart. The airport is in a residential area, therefore takeoffs and landings are permitted from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. From Osaka International Airport the domestic flights fly to each cities in Japan.
Kansai International Airport - KIX
Kansai International Airport is an airport in Osaka, and one of the 3 airports in Kansai. It is located in the Bay of Osaka and on the artificial island, and you will take approx. 35 minutes by express train or approx. 50 minutes by rapid train of the JR or Nankai Electric Railway or approx. 50 minutes by bus from central Osaka to go to the airport. The airport is the first 24-hours operating airport in Japan and there are Terminal 1 and 2. The 1st floor of the Terminal 1 is the arrival floor of international flights, the 2nd floor of the Terminal 1 is the arrival and departure floor of the domestic flights, the 4th floor of the Terminal 1 is the departure floor of the international flights and Terminal 2 is for the Low-cost carriers (LCC) only. From Kansai International Airport the domestic and international flights fly to each cities in Japan and foreign countries.

Osaka Castle
Osaka Castle is a castle in Osaka and builded by Hideyoshi Toyotomi. The castle became the residence of the Toyotomi family and the center of the politics, but it was burned down when the family died. Afterward the castle was reconstructed under the donation by the citizen of Osaka and now the castle tower is a concrete building. Around the castle is maintained as a park and become a place with familiarity for the citizen of Osaka.
In order to visit the castle, you can get there from the JR Osaka Jo Koen station or the JR Morinomiya station approx. 15 minutes on foot. The opening hours are from 9 am to 5 pm and the admission fee of the castle tower is 600 yen for adults and for free for children.
Universal Studios Japan
Universal Studios Japan is a theme park in Osaka and a popular spot where is visited by more than 10 million people a year. The theme park was operated by the film company Universal Studios in the USA and expanded as the first place except the USA in 2001. There are 8 areas, that are The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hollywood Area, New York Area, San Francisco Area, Jurassic Park, Universal Wonderland, Waterworld and Amity Village, and many attractions, that are Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man - The Ride 4K3D, Jurassic Park - The Ride, Back To The Future - The Ride, JAWS, Waterworld and Hollywood Dream - The Ride and so on. You need sometimes more than 1 hour to wait a popular attraction.
In order to visit the park, you can get there from the JR Universal City station approx. 5 minutes on foot. The opening hours are from 9 am to 8 pm (depends on the day) and the admission fee is 7,200 yen for adults and 4,980 yen for children.
Osaka City Central Public Hall
Osaka City Central Public Hall is a public hall in Osaka and builded in 1918. A stockbroker Einosuke Iwamoto wanted to use his profit from stocks for the public, then he donated 1 million yen (At the present the value of money is billions of yen.) from his property and moreover his father's inheritance, after that he the city decided to build a public hall. But World War I raised the stock market price, so he got heavy losses, and he tried to kill himself and he died before the completion of the hall. After 2 years of his death, building the hall was finished, and at the present the hall is used as a culture and art center at Osaka. There are a lot of materials about Einosuke in the Iwamoto Memorial Room on the first underground floor of the hall.
In order to visit the hall, you can get there from Yodoyabashi station or Kitahama station of the subway approx. 5 minutes on foot. The opening hours are from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm and the admission is for free for the Iwamoto Memorial Room.
